RETURNS & EXCHANGE
REALYOU will gladly accept exchanges (excluding earrings for hygiene purposes) within 30 days of receiving your package. Exchanges are only valid for faulty jewellery, one time per receipt. All jewellery must be returned unworn in a brand new condition with the original packaging. Please be aware that all sale and markdown items cannot be returned or exchanged. Goods sold are not refundable. Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase.
If the jewellery that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other jewellery, subject to stock availability. If the jewellery you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the jewellery returned, you shall pay for the excess. If the price of the jewellery you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned jewellery, the NO cash refund policy shall apply.
Customised jewellery or engraved jewellery and sales goods are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges. Customers will need to send the jewellery back at their own expenses. Don’t forget to retain your proof of postage until our customer service team sends you a confirmation email saying that we have received your goods.
Exchange items will only be dispatched after the returned jewellery have been received and have undergone a strict quality control check. This process will take within 10-14 working days.
